To use the Demographic Dashboard, please unzip the downloaded file to a specific folder. Open the index.htm file to navigate the content.
Answers to common questions:
- Windows Explorer allows you to see contents of a compressed file, but you must extract all the files to a new forder;
- You shouldn’t try to open the screencast files (.swf) directly. Use the associated .htm file instead;
- The dashboards were design for Excel 2003 but they can be open in Excel 2007 with minor formatting changes. Please note that the VBA dashboard will not work in Excel 2007 unless you enable macros when opening the file.
Some network security settings may prevent you from receiving the message with the download link in your inbox. Check your span/junk folder if you don’t see the message I’m sending you. If you still don’t see it, please let me know and I’ll send you a new download link.
